All copayments are due and must be paid at the time services are rendered. Patients not covered by a Healthcare Insurance Plan accepted by TotalCare for Women must make arrangements with our billing department prior to being seen.

All visits are by appointment only. In fairness to the patients who have scheduled appointments and are waiting to be seen, we do not accept walk-ins.
If you wish to schedule a routine appointment such as an annual exam, please call our office at least 3 weeks in advance. Same-day and next-day appointments are reserved for emergencies and acute problems.
